A multitude of options await you in London from the perspective of its religious houses.
Explore Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh faiths. You tell us your priority and focus (on a specific faith or an overview) and SGT will create a day out in the city especially to suit your specific interests.
For a Christian interest, SGT recommends lesser known churches such as St. Bartholomew’s in Smithfield, the Welsh language church designed by Indigo Jones and the journalist church off Fleet Street. Perhaps learn the tradition of the wedding cake at St Brides.
There’s the amazing Hindu temple at Neasden, the finest Indian architecture in England. Marvel at the intricate marble and wooden carvings, perhaps experience a traditional Hindu prayer ceremony, or learn about the world’s oldest living faith from the ‘Understanding Hinduism’ exhibition.
London’s East End is a melting pot of many cultures where spiritual highlights include the architecture of the East End Mosque and Bevis Marks Synagogue, the oldest in the city.
West London presents the largest Sikh Temple in London, in Southall, a vibrant neighborhood with strong Indian and Pakistani roots mixed with communities from all over the world. Europe’s oldest Sikh Temple, founded in 1908, is also in West London, in the popular Notting Hill neighborhood.
St Paul's Cathedral is highly recommended for visitors of all faiths! So entwined in London's rich history and, subject to schedules, Evensong here is an amazing experience for those that choose.

A private/custom London day trip is a standard day up to 9 hours total, typically 09:00 - approximately 18:00 - variable by request. You would be picked up from and returned to your central London hotel.
Entrance fees and cost of lunch are not included in your up front rate quote and would be paid directly during your touring day.
