Literary Tours

What a region rich in such a literary landscape as that of the United Kingdom and Ireland! A seemingly endless list of literature greats...Jane Austen, Shakespeare, Dickens, Dylan Thomas, Virginia Woolf, William Wordsworth, James Joyce, the Bronte sisters, Thomas Hardy...and many, many more!

See the homes where they lived and worked along with the settings, the landscapes, towns and villages that inspired them. Along the way we will see some tourist icons (far from the maddening crowds) and meet the locals, off the beaten track. Explore the classics of literature, maybe the modern day ‘must reads’ such as Harry Potter or the Da Vinci Code and the historical estates captured in recent popular film versions of the works of Jane Austen and others.
